Team Bio

Mark Diedrich

Mark A. Diedrich, AIA, is a Principal and Co-Founder of Kuo Diedrich Chi. As a next-generation golf clubhouse and club designer, Mark specializes in partnering with owners on the design, placemaking, and creation of amenities for golf and resort communities, both domestically and internationally.

In addition to his client work, Mark shares his expertise in clubhouse design through speaking engagements for the Georgia and Carolinas Chapters of the Club Managers Association of America. He is an award-winning architect, recognized by the Atlanta Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and honored with the Golf Inc. Clubhouse of the Year and Boardroom Magazine Excellence in Design Awards.

I’ve always loved sketching out ideas by hand, but after 30 years in the club industry, I’ve learned that great design starts with listening. Understanding the vision of members, owners, and team members is just as important as putting lines on paper—it’s what turns an idea into a place people truly connect with.
