Building Description & Location
KDC is located on famous Peachtree Street NE in the newly renovated Circa 730 Building. The 11 story white tower is on the west side of the street halfway between 3rd & 4th Street.
Parking
You can access the underground parking deck via a small alley downramp located at the SE corner of the building (approx halfway between 3rd & 4th Street). Please take a photo of your license plate so that we can enter you in the system and validate your parking costs. There are a few surface lots - if you choose to park here, make sure you pay the meter as they are notorious for booting and towing.
Driving From The North via 75 South
Take Exit #250 "16th/14th/10th Street", turn left (East) on 10th, turn right (South) on Peachtree, KDC will be 6 blocks on your right.
Driving From The North via 85 South or 400 South
Take Exit #84 "17th/14th/10th Street", turn left (East) on 10th, turn right (South) on Peachtree, KDC will be 6 blocks on your right.
Driving From The South via 75 North, 85 North, or 20
Take Exit #249-B "Pine St, Peachtree St, Civic Center", turn left (North) on Peachtree, KDC will be 5 blocks on your left.
Taking MARTA (Train) From The Airport
Follow signs to MARTA, purchase ticket, go up escalator, take any train Northbound, exit at station N3 "North Avenue", when exiting take the escalators to the left (North), exit the station straight ahead through glass doors/ramp to the street, turn right (East) on 3rd St, turn left (North) on Peachtree, KDC is 1/2 block on your left.
